Condition Before Treatment

The patient came with the main concern of getting cured who was suffering from hypothyroidism for three years & was on continuous allopathic treatment. Her constant symptoms of drowsiness, anorexia (lack of appetite) & hair getting grey made her conscious & concerned about her health. Even after she was on continuous allopathic medicine of thyroid called thyronorm 100 mg for 2 years, her thyroid levels were not getting any better. She came with the blood report which showed her elevated TSH level. All the things she was suffering with was a common complication of hypothyroidism which made her energy levels low & she experienced continuous fatigue even after maintaining a good lifestyle with dieting & avoiding junk foods.

One of the main concerns was her crucial obstetric history. She already had a four year old daughter but thought to have more children made her conceive again. Even after she had already given birth this time she was facing some problem with her pregnancy. Treatment Approach

After a thorough case taking of a patient, Dr. Shumayla started her treatment for hypothyroidism in February 2025, focusing on all the symptoms, thyroid levels, endocrine regulation & correction of associated deficiencies. The treatment plan was structured over three months.

Month 1

Ignatia 200 (drops): 2– 4 drops directly on the tongue, once daily in the morning for 3 days
Thyroidinum 200 (drops): 6 drops in ¼ cup water, three times daily before food
Thyroidinum 3X tablets: 4 tablets three times daily after food

Ignatia was selected as the basic treatment to find the emotional stress & internal pressure, while Thyroidinum was prescribed to support thyroid regulation.

Month 2

In the next follow-up patient reported that her drowsiness and fatigue have shown some improvement but found to have low hemoglobin levels.

Ague Nil syrup: 2 teaspoons three times daily
Ferroglob tablets: 2 tablets twice daily

This phase focused on correcting anemia & improving vitality.

Month 3

In the next month the doctor prescribed the same treatment to continue to consolidate improvement & stabilize thyroid function.

Dietary & Lifestyle Guidance
