Condition Before Treatment

Once a patient came to Dr. Aishwarya Chand 2 years back in March 2023. He was a 43 year old male with a history of 1.5 years of excessive appetite, excessive thirst & frequent urination all of which are common symptoms of diabetes mellitus. Along with these symptoms he had fatigue, leg pain, gradual weight loss & disturbed sleep. On the physical examination Dr. Aishwarya finds that appearance wise the patient is centrally obese, dryness around the lips, tongue is coated, cracked & dry.

Treatment Approach
